Dry: Use the applicator to achieve a natural look.

Wet: Use an eyeshadow brush. If it has been used before, wash it with soap and water. Remove the excess water and with the slightly damp brush apply on the eyelids. One of the shades should not get wet (check the back of the package), use this shade as a transition. Wash the brush after use.
