What shipping services does Yanbal USA offer?
Yanbal offers 2 shipping options. We are working closely with our external partners and carriers to ensure your Yanbal products can reach you as quickly as possible. See below for the most up-to-date information:
STANDARD service: Please allow 1-2 business days for processing depending on product availability and order volume.
EXPRESS service: Orders placed by 12:00pm ET Monday-Friday will be processed and shipped the same day depending on the product availability. Orders placed after 12:00pm ET Monday-Friday will be processed and shipped the next business day. Please, note that the EXPRESS service is taking longer due to COVID-19.

- Express shipping: 2-3 business days for $29.99.
Puerto Rico:
- Standard shipping: 11 business days for $14.99.

Does Yanbal USA Ship Internationally?
Currently, Yanbal does not ship internationally.
RETURNS
What are the return and warranty policy within the first 30 days from the delivery date?
Within 30 days: Goodwill Returns and Defective Products Policy (applies to all products except jewelry).
Is the product not what you expected? If you aren’t satisfied with your product for any reason, we will be happy to either refund the purchase value to the original form of payment or to offer a merchandise credit within 30 days from the delivery date (as indicated by the carrier). To request a return, simply contact Customer Care (contactus@yanbal.com).
Please keep in mind that you may be asked to:
- GOODWILL RETURN: return new or slightly used product. The item must be returned in its original packaging, with original proof of purchase if required.
- DEFECTIVE: return the defective item in its original packaging, with original proof of purchase if required or send us a picture of the item, accompanied by the order number, the item code and a brief description of the defect to contactus@yanbal.com.
What is the return and warranty policy after 30 days from the delivery date?
Within 120 Days: Applies only to defective jewelry.
We take pride in the quality of our products and want you to fall in love and enjoy them. If you find that your product is defective, simply give us a call (or email us at contactus@yanbal.com) and we'll make it right! All our products may be returned for refund due to a manufacturer's defect with your original proof of purchase (order confirmation email and/or packing slip).
Terms & Conditions
- Within 30 days, you may return jewelry for, either a Refund to the original form of payment, or Merchandise Credit (30 days from the delivery date as indicated by the carrier).
- Within 120 days, you may return jewelry for Merchandise Credit only (120 days from the delivery date as indicated by the carrier).

How do I change my address in the system?
Follow these steps:
1. Log in to your Yanbal account using your e-mail and password.
2. Go to the left column that says “Welcome” and click on "Address Book".
3. Find the address you want to change and click on the "Edit" button.
4. Update the information and click on the "Save" button.
5. Check all addresses and delete the ones that are no longer valid by clicking on the trash can icon on each one.
6. Check that your address is correct and complete.
How can I update my information?

Are the products suitable for people with allergies?
Yanbal's entire jewelry collection complies with the standards stipulated by law. Yanbal jewelry is free of lead, nickel, cadmium (free of Cd) and they are not plated with rhodium. Also, all of Yanbal's jewelry is hypoallergenic, including their earring's back pins.
What materials are earring posts made from?
More than 70% of our earring posts are made of titanium, the other 30% (leverbacks) are plated with precious metals (24K gold, silver, palladium or ruthenium), depending on the model.

Does Yanbal test on animals?
We never test on animals and therefore strictly comply with all regulatory requirements in this regard. We comply with all international regulations within the cosmetic industry, as well as with the regulatory requirements of the European Union that prohibit animal testing of raw materials and final product testing.
Is Yanbal vegan?
We don't have a 100% vegan line since some of our product contain animal derived ingredients such as milk, beeswax, etc. If you are vegan, we suggest that you tell us through our social media which products interest you so we can let you know what ingredients they have.
Does Yanbal's products contain parabens?

Are the products approved by dermatologists?
Yes, Yanbal's products are suitable for all skin types and they are approved by dermatologists and ophthalmologists. They are also hypoallergenic.
What is the expiration date on the products?
Yanbal recommends you to use the products within 6 months after opening them to best enjoy their efficacy. Also, look for the image of a container with a number on it on the packaging of your product. This indicates the product's shelf life after opening.

What natural ingredients does Yanbal use?
We use several natural ingredients in our products. For example:
• Myrica butter: Recognized for its nourishing, moisturizing, and soothing properties. It also provides the products with a smooth and creamy texture.
• Vitamin E: Natural antioxidant that helps moisturize the skin.
• Aloe Vera and coconut oil: Moisturizing ingredients that help achieve better adherence and optimal smoothness to achieve long-lasting shades.

Is your nail polish 9-free?
Yes, Yanbal's nail polish line features a formula that is free from the 9 toxic ingredients commonly used in nail polishes, and is safe and beneficial for your skin and nails.
What does it mean that Yanbal uses "micronized" pigments?
Micronized pigments help us reduce their size and obtain very fine particles. This contributes to soft textures and long-lasting formulas.
Do the fragrances have an expiration date?
Each fragrance has its own shelf life, and it varies between 18 and 30 months from the manufactured date. Once the fragrance is open, please keep it in a dry place, away from moisture and avoid direct exposure to light.
What is the difference between a cologne, a perfume and an eau de toilette?
The difference lies in the concentration of essential oils in the fragrance's water and alcohol base. Perfumes contain a higher concentration of oils, typically around 20 to 30 percent, while the oil concentration in cologne is around 2 to 4 percent. Other types of fragrances such as eau de toilette and eau fraiche fall on the same oil-concentration spectrum. This concentration determines how long the scent lasts and when to use it. A fragrance is a perfume, a cologne, or an eau de toilette. The perfume has the highest concentration of oils, followed by the eau de toilette and cologne.
What is the best moment of the day to apply a fragrance?
The best moment to apply a fragrance is after showering and on dry skin. That way your skin can absorb the fragrance better. When you apply it, avoid rubbing it on the skin. Allow it to simply dry on your skin.
Why do I feel that my fragrance does not last the same as before?
The longer you use the same fragrance, the more you become familiar to the smell of it, so you may stop recognizing the essence of the fragrance after a while. We recommend rotating fragrances in order to perceive its scent and truly enjoy its aroma.
What are the "notes" of a fragrance?
The olfactory notes make up the structure of a fragrance and help us determine the main ingredients of which a fragrance is made. There are top notes that you notice when first coming in contact with fragrance, heart notes that define the character and personality of the fragrance and base notes that are the ones that take longer to perceive and last longer.
Can I use Yanbal products if I have acne?
Every skin is different. Although many of our products are non-comedogenic, we recommend to ask your dermatologist before using them.
What products can be used on lips and hands?
We do not recommend using Sentiva moisturizer on lips nor hands. This product has not been formulated for these areas of the face and body.
